Organization
We use both internal expertise and external providers to ensure that we meet strict security requirements, and we strive to always comply with the most recent recommendations of the Norwegian National Security Authority. This entails multiple layers of technical solutions to protect data from unauthorized access, minimizing the processing of sensitive data and restoring critical systems. NORICOM’s employees are also regularly trained in ICT security by an external partner.
Noricomordre
Our customer portal noricomordre.no and the associated NORICOM Kundeapp uses the best security protocols (HTTPS, SSL encryption) to ensure safe handling and transfer of documents.
We use end-to-end encryption (SSL) on all e-mail communication to ensure that e-mails cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties. Access to all NORICOM e-mail addresses is protected at user level with a password and multi-factor authentication.
Confidentiality
All of our interpreters and translators, as well as our administrative staff, must sign a declaration of confidentiality before they start working for NORICOM.
